Contracts
All Contracts between citizens either verbal or in writing, must be legally signed verbally or written, by a Bar-Certified Attorney or Judicial Authority
Los Santos Citizen Rights and Privileges
Jaywalking is not a citable offense although a police officer may verbally correct and maintain citizens
Citizens are required to pay a co-pay for healthcare and EMS services from all public and private medical facilities.
Freedom of Speech without censorship is taken very seriously in Los Santos and all citizens are fully entitled to this right
Public urination in common sense areas in Los Santos is NOT a crime given an attempt to have reasonable privacy. All public defecation is illegal and can be cited by a police officer for a small fine.
Citizens are required to maintain a standard of care. If flies, stench, and other bodily inconsistencies become a problem, a citizen is allowed to be given a citation.
All citizens are entitled to free housing by State expense.
All video recording is allowed public or private unless explicitly determined by a representative of the State or Department of Justice
Citizens are allowed to protest, party, and any other type of group gathering as long as this does not impede the regular flow of traffic
Mutual combat between citizens and local residents is prohibited unless a signed document is in place for special events
All citizens partaking in Government provided contracting work must follow dress code with the provided uniform
Los Santos is a stop & go state. You are not required to fully stop for the duration of a red light and may proceed, albeit with caution, thru a red light. All stoplights are to be seen essentially as 4-way stops.
Off-Road vehicles labeled as recreational vehicles are not “Road Legal”. If transporting on Los Santos highways, you must have a trailer. These vehicles are legal to be used off of paved roads and highways.
Pets are required to be on leashes on government property.

Legal Hunting is allowed to take place in the Paleto Mountains
Firearms are not illegal, but are requred to have a weapons license pertaining to the particular class you are carrying. Basic Weapons license refers to tasers, handhelds, pistols etc. Advanced Weapons License refers to Class 3 weapons only.
